"1001 Hikes to Mount LeConte and Counting" is no longer available but people are still requesting copies.

The author has submitted a copy of his hiking journal, through hike 1267, to the Great Smoky Mountains Natural History Association for their consideration of publishing the journal. If published, it would be sold through park stores, at the Visitor Centers at Sugarland and Oconaluftee. All proceeds would go to the park. Steve Kemp is the contact there.
